By using Made In Dart at madeindart.com (the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least thirteen years old to use the site, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the place where you live. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
You sign in to Made In Dart with your GitHub account. You are responsible for the security of that GitHub account and for any activity that happens under it on Made In Dart. Let us know at developerjamiu@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You keep all rights to the projects you submit. By submitting, you grant Made In Dart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, promote, and feature the submitted material on the site, in social posts about the site, and in newsletters and similar communications about the site, for as long as the listing exists.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the project and the material you include with it (cover image, descriptions, author details), that nothing in the submission infringes any third-party rights, and that you stand behind the accuracy of what you submit.
Do not use Made In Dart to publish spam, harassing or illegal content, malware, or anything that misrepresents another person or project. Do not attempt to scrape the site at scale, reverse engineer it, or bypass moderation or rate limits.
We can remove a submission or suspend an account if it violates these terms, and we may do so without prior notice if the violation is serious or ongoing.
If you spot a listing that infringes your rights, misrepresents your project, or otherwise needs to be removed or corrected, email developerjamiu@gmail.com with the relevant details. We will look into it and respond within a reasonable time.
Made In Dart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse any specific project listed on the site, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from a listing.
To the extent permitted by law, Made In Dart and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
